Retention of personal information

The Company agrees to keep your Personal Information only for the time necessary for the purposes to fill the purposes identified in this Policy as well as for as long as your Account user exists.

For users who register on our Application, we store the personal data indicated in their profile in Google Cloud services. This information is stored by Google on servers that may be located outside the Canada, especially in the United States.
The User can see, modify or delete his personal information at any time.
Company data managers may also access this information for purposes related to the proper functioning of the Application, apart from the password, which is encrypted and stored on Google's Firebase Authentication service.

If you write a message, the message and its metadata are preserved indefinitely to allow you to view your message history. We use the service Google's Firebase to store sent messages and media. This information is kept by Google on servers that may be located outside the Canada, especially in the United States.
Yelo may implement an automatic expiration system to archive and then delete your messages after a while.

We use Mailchimp as a marketing platform for sending newsletters. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to Mailchimp for processing. Learn more about the practices of confidentiality of Mailchimp here.

Right of access, right of opposition and withdrawal

We are committed to recognizing a right of access and rectification to the persons concerned and eager to consult, modify, or even delete the information concerning them.

Please note that subscribers to our mailing list can unsubscribe at any time.

We are therefore committed to offering you the right to oppose and withdraw your information personal.
